Emberson & Co are pleased to confirm the recent letting of three industrial units located on the Beck Industrial Estate on behalf of the clients Belbec Properties and managing agents, Howell Brooks.
Comprising of three mid terrace light industrial units of concrete frame construction extending to 5,673 sq ft (527 sq mts) to include the forecourt car parking to each of the Units. Toilet facilities and l kitchenette facilities to each of the units and the units are served with three phase electricity and new overhead son panel lights in Unit 7. The units are now occupied by a local Aldershot company, Everest Cash & Carry. The letting was completed mid January 2013.
