Emberson & Co acting on behalf of private investment clients have sold two freehold factory units in Liphook, Hampshire to Oakley Stables run by Mr & Mrs Gilbert. Oakley Stables is a family run business manufacturing fine timber buildings and fencing for equine and agricultural purposes with over 25 years experience in the industry. Emberson & Co were delighted to hand over the keys to the new owners on 22 May 2012.
These two industrial units formed part of a small estate in Station Yard Liphook and extended to 4,700 sq ft (436 sq mt).
