Acting on behalf of private clients, Emberson & Co, managing agents of the above industrial site in Liphook, recently concluded the sale of Unit B Station Industrial Estate to an off shore investment company in early September 2012.
The unit had been fully refurbished by the owners following vacation by the previous tenants and had a floor area of approx 2,350 sq ft and front forecourt parking. The planning use fell under Class B1 and or Class B8.
