Emberson & Co are pleased to confirm the new letting of Unit 4 Kingsley Business Park Bordon to Temprotech Ltd who were formerly based in Andover Hampshire.
The unit extends to 1,250 sq. ft. (116 sq. mts.) together with the use of three on site car parking spaces and one lorry space and the letting was completed mid June. Temprotech Ltd have entered into a new 6 year full repairing lease.
