Three local Polish brothers are the successful purchasers of a prime retail corner site in Aldershot.
Emberson & Co acting in conjunction with the LPA Receivers, Jarvis Keller Stephens based in London, have successfully completed the sale of the former Courts Furnishers ground floor retail unit extending to approx 5,640 sq ft (524 sq mt).
This retail development site has stood unfinished for over three years and it was good news for Aldershot when the three brothers Daniel, Jakub and Peter Czarnecki agreed to purchase the incomplete site last year and were delighted when their purchase was finally completed earlier this month.
The three brothers plan to segment the site into four self contained retail units, one of which they will fit out and occupy themselves as a new Delicatessen complementing their existing restaurant at Machiatto’s.
The remaining three units will be available for letting toward the end of the year when the brothers will complete a high quality fit out to all remaining units.
