Emberson & Co Ltd are pleased to announce the recent location to Aldershot by Bison Solicitors who formerly occupied St James House in Farnham.
Bison Solicitors have now acquired a 125 year long leasehold interest in Suite 7 Wesley Chambers Queens Road Aldershot following a successful acquisition from the former owners. The sale was completed on 29 March 2018.
The second floor office accommodation extended to some 2,525 sq ft with a rateable value of some £23,000 per annum.
