Emberson & Co Ltd are pleased to confirm that acting on behalf of Glen House Estates, the landlord of one of Aldershot’s prominent office buildings, have now agreed terms for a local company, Testology to take a new lease of the entire 2nd floor within this three storey office building.
The offices extend to 3,464 sq ft and were let on a new FR&I lease for a term of 6 years.
