Emberson & Co Ltd are pleased to confirm the letting of the ground and first floors of 1 Alexandra Terrace owned by private clients to an existing tenant, Total SEO & Marketing Ltd who have grown substantially over the course of the last 12 months.
The letting completed on 1 April 2015 and Total SEO now occupy both the ground and first floors of 1 & 2 Alexandra Terrace a total floor space of approx 2,800 sq ft. The new FR&I lease was granted for a term of 5 years within the L&T Act.
