Emberson & Co Ltd are pleased to confirm the completed letting of the above two office/shop units to Becky Bailey and Avril Wood of Simply Childcare Ltd.
The letting was completed on 21 March 2014 and a new 3 year lease was granted to both parties with an option to purchase the freehold at some stage in the future.
