Emberson & Co Ltd have now concluded terms with a new tenant at 5 Alexandra Terrace Aldershot. Skills Active took up occupation of the 2nd floor within 5 Alexandra Terrace on Monday 24 June 2013 on a new 3 year lease.
The floor area of the office extended to approx 722 sq ft and included two on site car parking spaces. Skills Active are a local company and who wished to relocate locally.
